Committee

The UKPN Committee consists of volunteers based across the UK. Committee members organise workshops and networking events in addition to keeping members up to date with funding and job opportunities, via the mailing list and website. Committee members have the opportunity to represent the UKPN at a variety of national and international meetings, which has even led to some having afternoon tea with Princess Anne.

Traditionally, the majority of the committee are PhD students, post-docs, and master’s students, but polar educators and non-academics are also always very welcome!
