Stéphane designs financial interventions at the UK’s Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, focusing on renewable energy. Prior to this he held a range of structuring and trading roles at JP Morgan, latterly in sustainability-linked investment products and the voluntary carbon market.

He holds a Masters in Engineering, and is a visiting lecturer at Imperial College. Stéphane joined the Committee out of a long-standing interest in polar science and expeditions, and in the emerging field of polar climate repair.
