Becky is a Geography MSc graduate from Birkbeck, University of London. For her Masters dissertation, she focused on climate change mitigation and adaptation in Arctic Europe, exploring the environmental challenges facing one of the world’s most fragile regions. She has a particular interest in understanding how climate change is reshaping Arctic landscapes and biodiversity, and is passionate about nature conservation and the protection of the environment.

Outside of her academic interests, Becky is a keen hobby photographer. She loves to capture landscapes, nature, and wildlife, and is always looking for opportunities to explore beautiful natural environments through her camera. She also enjoys seeing new places, and Iceland is her favourite place to visit because the glaciers, landscapes, waterfalls, dramatic coastlines, and wildlife make it the perfect destination for both photography and adventure.
