Background:
I am a third-year PhD researcher at the University of Liverpool working on automated iceberg detection and distributions across the marine-terminating glaciers of the Greenland Ice Sheet. I am particularly interested in using iceberg characteristics to constrain calving dynamics, inferring glacier behaviour. I am keen on international collaboration to further iceberg science, as well as providing open access data in usable formats to the scientific community. I also have a research soft spot for glaciohydraulic supercooling.
In my former life before my PhD started, I graduated with a BSc in Physical Geography (2018) and an MSc in Geographical and Environmental Research (2019) from Keele University.
